We must invest in transportation, infrastructure, the creative class, biotechnology, green collar jobs and education in order to grow our tax base and create new jobs.

Amir Farokhi believes Atlanta should:
- Better promote and increase its microlending program to jump-start small businesses in Atlanta.
- Collaborate with our green businesses to help recruit Atlantans into green jobs.
- Aggressively pursue foreign investment in Atlanta, particularly biotechnology and green technology investment.
- Reward Atlanta businesses that pay their workers a living wage.
- Use community benefit agreements to introduce job training and apprenticeship programs alongside development in underserved neighborhoods.
