Great cities are inclusive, diverse and accessible for everyone. If we have ample affordable housing across the city, we take cars off the road, make it easier to run a business, and improve everyone’s quality of life.

Amir Farokhi believes that a successful Atlanta will:
- Define affordable housing and conduct an impact study to match demand with supply.
- Promote affordable housing in mixed income areas in every part of the city.
- Strengthen its inclusionary zoning guidelines.
- Provide tax incentives for teachers, police officers and firefighters to buy a home in Atlanta.
- Freeze property taxes on senior citizens.
